When you buy wholesale, you are getting a larger quantity at a lower price. Many companies offer such a discount because they will ship to you directly so they don't get marked up in price at a retailer.
You can usually find discount pet toys at local retailers or on the Internet. Retail stores usually have an entire aisle dedicated to discounted merchandise and many pet toys and supplies will be there. I always check these aisles while pet shopping. The Internet always has special prices as well as private individuals selling their pet toy creations and you can find some amazing things there.
