Unique Cat Toys
Laser toys are some of the coolest cat toys around. They never get shredded and the only cost after initially purchasing these toys is for batteries. One of the most unique laser cat toys is a small tower you set on the floor. You simply open the lid and it emits a small laser beam that darts around the floor at random intervals. This toy will keep your cats amused for hours every day and provide them with essential exercise that will keep them happy and healthy.
Motorized toys are also great entertainment for cats. They rely on batteries but usually last for quite some time. These can include balls that zoom around the floor and wiggle or even a toy that looks like a bag with something inside that moves. We all know cats love paper bags.
Not all cat toys rely on batteries though. It can be great fun for the entire family to buy a cat-fishing pole and use it to reel in your cats. These poles look similar to regular fishing poles but don't have any hooks. Instead, they have removable “lures” made from rubber, felt, and feathers. This doesn't work well in a small room full of breakables but if you have a larger room or an outdoor cat, it can be great fun! Just be sure to never keep your cat fishing pole near a real one.
Some of the most unique cat toys are ones you can make yourself. Many pet shops have cool little balls with bells, ribbons, and other supplies you could easily combine into something unique and very entertaining for your cat.
